Most interviews are done through video conferencing tools these days, so you should have your location set up, be mentally prepared and ready to undertake the interview as though it was a real interview. This will leave you better prepared and in the mind set ready for real interviews. 

After a session, you should thoroughly review the analytics and metrics provided in the platform. Remember to take special note of analytics such as how many questions were repeated and filler word usage as these are one of the more important and easier areas to improve on.
